How can we make our already amazing refined sugar free banana bread even more amazing? Spice things up a bit with our Chai spiced hit!
Chai reminds us of hot cinnamon doughnuts so cross that with banana bread and you’ve got a match made in heaven! You can add sliced banana on top drizzled with a touch of maple or coconut sugar or simply add walnuts or pecans for a little crunch factor.
You will need:

1 x Soulfull Tribe banana Bread mix

1.5 cups of mashed ripe banana

1 tsp cardamom
-
2 tsp cinnamon
-
1 tsp ground ginger
-
½ tsp all spice
-
½ tsp nutmeg
-
Toppings of your choice!
Directions:

Preheat oven to 160° fan forced.

Line a loaf tin with baking paper.

Peel bananas and mash in a medium bowl.

Add banana bread mix and coconut oil satchel.

Stir through extra chai spices.

Pour mixture into prepared loaf tin.

If you’re feeling fancy, add toppings of your choice and drizzle with maple syrup or a dusting of coconut sugar to give a delectable caramel crust.

Pop in the oven for approximately 50 minutes. Banana bread is cooked when insert a knife or skewer into the centre and it comes out clean.

Take out of the oven and allow to cool slightly (if you can!). Patience will pay off as the loaf is easier to cut when it is not so hot.
