B Corporations are for-profit companies certified by the nonprofit B Lab to meet rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability and transparency. To us it is a non negotiable to minimise our impact on the planet including the delivery process. This is also a priority for Sendle and why all their deliveries are 100% Carbon Neutral.

How much is postage?
Shipping will be calculated depending on weight and location at checkout.

What happens if I make a mistake in my postage details?
Please double check your address before submitting your order. Soulfull Tribe does not accept responsibility for customers providing incorrect shipping details. In this instance, if products are returned to Soulfull Tribe, the resending of items to the customer will be at the customers expense.

Do you post internationally?
No sorry, postage destinations are currently throughout Australia (no PO Boxes)... for now.

How long until I receive my order?
Orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped every single weekday. For orders within the Sunshine Coast, deliveries are made overnight and all other places within Australia are made within 2-5 business days. You will be sent a tracking number when your order is dispatched.
