      • Are your ingredients sourced locally?

        The future of our children and planet is always at the forefront of our mind. We try our utmost to source the highest quality, organic (where possible) local ingredients and we strongly believe in supporting other Australian businesses, however any ingredients we can not source here in Australia we do import.

      • Is your packaging eco friendly?

        We love our beautiful environment and want to make sure we are doing our bit in protecting it for years to come. We use minimal packaging to reduce waste. All of our conscious bake mixes are housed in Earth Bags that are biodegradable and we are working with a manufacturer to move to completely compostable inner bags in the future.

      • Are Soulfull Tribe products vegan?

        Absolutely! We never have and never will use animal products in our range of bake mixes. We have designed our delicious bake mixes for convenience for everyone, without compromising taste, so the only thing you need to add is a plant based milk of choice if the recipe calls for it.

      • Are the ingredients used in Soulfull Tribe mixes organic?

        We try to use only organic ingredients in our conscious bake mixes, however due to seasonal availability it is not always possible to source organic ingredients so we are not certified organic.

      • What is the shelf-life of Soulfull Tribe products?

        We do not add any nasties in to our Conscious Bake Mixes. That means no chemicals, no preservatives, or non-food ingredients to preserve the products, so we suggest you enjoy it within 8 months from date of manufacture.

      • How do I store my Soulfull Tribe conscious bake mixes?

        Store our mixes unopened at room temperature, out of direct sunlight. There is no need to refrigerate any of our products. Our Chocolate Chunk Cookies Mix is best stored between 15° – 22° to prevent the chocolate from melting.

  • How should I store my Soulfull Tribe mixes once baked?

    Because we refuse to add nasty preservatives to our mixes, the finished products will differ in shelf life.
    Banana Bread: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to one month.
    Chocolate Chunk Cookies: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
    Jam Drops: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to one month.
    Chocolate Cake: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
    Chocolate Brownies: Eat the outside pieces first and store the rest in the fridge for up to 5 days.

  • Do you cater for people with allergies?

    Whilst the utmost care is taken to be cautious of people sensitive to allergen containing ingredients, our products are processed in a facility that handles tree nuts. All of our mixes are free from wheat, gluten, dairy products, peanuts, sesame, soy and eggs. We do use blanched almond flour in our Jam Drop mix and cashew butter in our Chocolate Chunk Cookies. Soulfull Tribe accepts no liability to any allergic reaction by a consumer as a result of consuming one of our products. It is the consumers responsibility to refer to the nutritional panel and ingredients of each product before purchase.

  • Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, as with all food products, we cannot offer change of mind refunds (not that you will!) Soulfull Tribe are not liable for goods which have been opened, used or damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.

However if there is a problem with your order, or if for any reason you receive a delivery in error please contact us via email:  info@soulfulltribe.com.au  and we will endeavour to get in touch within 24 hours.

All products and orders must be returned in their original condition.

The Soulfull Tribe will not be held liable to any financial or physical damages of any kind.

Any faulty items must be returned for The Soulfull Tribe to review, faulty product will be replaced.
